"Depending on the number of objects you want to visit, you can buy different tickets for sightseeing in the online system:

  1. The castle with an audioguide set, terraces, undergrounds with a guide, palm house - in the Event: VISITING THE CASTLE AND / OR UNDERGROUNDS, ALL DAY TICKET -> The Undergrounds or The Undergrounds and The Castle, please purchase “the castle, the undergrounds and the palm house” ticket. Please synchronize the visiting hours - visiting the castle with an audioguide set + terraces takes about 2:00, and the undergrounds take 45 minutes. Walking time between the entrances is approx. 15 minutes, the map is available [here]. Therefore, please start your visit to the castle no later than 2 hours before the planned start of the tour of the undergrounds.
    If you buy a ticket for a later time (15:30 - 17:00 on weekdays, 16:30 - 18:00 on weekends), the castle must be visited first! Visiting the castle in this case should start 2 hours before the planned time of entry to the undergrounds given on the ticket.

"No, the stroller must be left in the cloakroom in the main building of the castle. The castle is a multi-storey facility (stairs) and you should be prepared to carry your baby in your arms for more than an hour. It is allowed to visit the castle with a front carrier. Of course, there are many places (on the terraces and directly in front of the castle), where you can sit and rest. The changing table is located near the reception desk on the ground floor of the castle. Access to the toilets is on each floor - they are marked with directional arrows, you can also always ask security personnel for help."
