ATTENTION! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BUY A TICKET.
The Underground Tourist Route is a special route, therefore the rules for visiting it are governed by separate provisions - please read them on the castle website here. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to enter the undergrounds by children under 4 years of age, and the air temperature in the undergrounds is approx. 6 ° C.
Three types of tickets are available for the Underground Tourist Route, ie.:

"The CASTLE AND the UNDERGROUNDS'' - The ticket is valid for visiting the undergrounds, the castle and the palm house on the following terms:

guided tour of the underground, time. approx. 35 minutes. You have to choose the time and day for visiting the underground! The map of the way to the underground is available here. The date and time of entry to the undergrounds is shown on the ticket.
If you buy a ticket for a later hour (castle opening hours can be checked here), the castle must be visited first! Visiting the castle in this case should start at least 2 hours before the planned time of entry to the undergrounds shown on the ticket.
Visiting the castle with an audio guide set. You can enter the castle during the day shown on the ticket in its opening hours. You can collect audio guide sets at the entrance to the castle (next to the cloakroom).
visiting the palm house takes place without a guide. You can enter once within 12 months from the date of purchase of the ticket, during the opening hours of the palm house.

2. "ALL DAY TICKET" – You can visit the undergrounds with a guide, the castle with an audio guide set and the stables, the mausoleum (mausoleum is closed from December the 1st to March 31st) and the palm house without a guide. A map of objects and the information on the rules of visiting can be found here. We recommend purchasing an All Day ticket if you tour starts at 11:30 am at the latest.

3. "UNDERGROUNDS" - The ticket is valid for a guided tour of the undergrounds, which takes approx. 35 minutes. You can only enter at a specific date and time shown on the ticket. The ticket does not include entrance to the Palm House.

The terraces are open only in the summer season, i.e. from 01/04 to 30/09. More information.

The purchase of a ticket is tantamount to a declaration that the participant is not in quarantine and has not had contact with an infected person.
